  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy: 50% refund within 14 days of event No refunds within 7 days of event No refunds after 28 days of event
  • How long can I rent a space for?
    Jig Space is available for one day rentals. If your event requires a longer duration, please contact us and we would love to discuss with you. Contact us here!
  • What is the latest an event can go?
    Our space is open for events until 11:00 pm at night. Any events that extend past 11:00 pm will incur a late-night staffing fee. Please contact us to inquire.
  • Is there parking at the venue?
    There is a parking lot directly outside the venue for easy access to events!
