About
拾忆 Shi Yi Experience is a seasonal private event hosted by JIG SPACE with the options of an authentic tea ceremony or private dining
Both of our events are shaped around the term 拾忆 (Shi Yi) which means to recall and create memories. Through this experience, we would like to cultivate an artistic experience revitalizing certain aspects of the traditional Chinese culture that we feel have been forgotten.
Additionally, Shi Yi is a homophone for "食艺,” (Shi Yi), meaning "food and art." By harmonizing these two concepts of "memories," and "food and art," we've created an immersive experience featuring cuisine, tea, art, ambiance, and memories

食 Cuisine
Following the eating calendar for the 24 solar terms, we will transform in-season ingredients into delicious upscale dishes.
器 Containers
Beautiful and unique ceramic dishware is made seasonally to pair specifically with our menu and tea.
茶 Tea
Chinese tea has a rich and long history. Our in-house tea ceremony masters will prepare a blend of tea to compliment any menu.
花 Flowers
Floral arrangements are more important than decor to us. We value the energy that flowers bring to each space.
乐 Music
The soundscape is equally as important to visual ambiance for our events. We curate a playlist of traditional music. A live instrumentalist is also available for booking.
香 Aromatic
Scent helps us recall memories and is important for setting the mood.
